Your Data is Safe with Us ...

Stephens & Company's website uses forms in which you give us contact information and information about your business and employees. Your transmissions are protected by SSL technology, which uses a cryptographic system utilizing two keys to encrypt data - a public key known to everyone and a private or secret key known only to the recipient of the message. Most modern browsers support SSL, and many websites use the protocol to obtain confidential user information, such as credit card numbers. By convention, URLs that require an SSL connection start with https: instead of http:, and you will see this reflected in the address bar of those pages containing forms that are secured with SSL. There will also be a lock or a key (depending on your browser) in the address bar, indicating that your submission is safe.

Further, the information you supply to Stephens & Company will be used solely for the purpose of processing your payroll accounts and payroll tax data, and will be divulged to no one other than those entities for whom you have given us permission to do so.
